Minutes of Meeting 3rd July 08
The minutes of the meeting held on 3rd July 2008 are now available. The next meeting will be held on the second Thursday in September.
Key points for club representatives are that the Junior Leagues will start the third weekend in October. The rota will be on the same basis as last year and Matt Pritchard, youth organiser, will be writing formally towards the end of the month.
North v South fixture 08/09
The annual North v South fixture will take place at NEWI on Sunday, 16th November 08. The U14s will start the day's events at 11pm with the U16s pushing back at 1pm and the U18s last up at 3pm.
North Wales Trials 08/09
Trials for the age group squads (U14,U16 and U18) will be held on Sunday, 21st September 2008 at NEWI between 11am and 3pm. The U16s and U18s trials will take place on the water ATP with the U14s taking place on the sand ATP. Further details will be available closer to the time.
North Wales Executive Meeting - 3RD JULY, Gamekeeper, St Asaph, 7.30 start.
The first meeting of the new "year" is on Thursday, 12th June (NOW 3RD JULY) 2008 at the Gamekeeper Pub, St Asaph. The fun starts at 7.30pm and the agenda and minutes from April can be downloaded here.
Please make every effort to attend - the next two meetings will set the pace for the next 8-9 months and there is a lot of preparatory work to do in readiness for the new season.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AGENDA FOR JUNE'S POSTPONED MEETING WILL BE USED FOR THE JULY MEETING.
